R Tindall is thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team, Anthony “Tony” Kenna, a seasoned safety professional with over 14 years of experience and a strong background in construction, nuclear, and ME&I industries. With an impressive career in the Army followed by a successful transition to safety management, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a “glass half full” attitude to R Tindall.
Tony is joining R Tindall at an exciting time, where the company is committed to investing in its people and facilities as part of its journey towards excellence. Commenting on his decision to join, Tony said, “R Tindall have started the journey to excellence, both Joe and Aaron have committed to this and are investing heavily in the facility and people. I believe I have the right skill set to support and drive them in the journey and become an integral part of the R Tindall Team… Exciting times!”
Tony holds an impressive array of qualifications that showcase his expertise in health, safety, and management. His credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate (PgC) in Occupational Health & Safety Management, a Level 5 Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and multiple NEBOSH certifications in Construction, Fire Safety & Risk Management, and Environmental practices. Additionally, he is certified as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and 45001 standards and has earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Tony’s extensive safety training further includes specialized knowledge in asbestos management and emergency response.
In addition to his extensive qualifications, Tony is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a full member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM). His passion for safety and commitment to professional excellence makes him a valuable asset to our team. On a personal note, Tony is a lifelong Manchester City fan, and he looks forward to sharing his enthusiasm with colleagues at R Tindall.
