Our Cut and Screw production facility has undergone a significant transformation. By merging two separate production areas and enhancing the flow of materials from raw intake to despatch, we’ve made a step change in efficiency. Material handling has been reduced, production flow is far smoother, and productivity has surged growing from 1300 to an impressive 1700 units per day.
Daily management practices are now firmly in place, providing structure, clarity, and the ability to respond quickly to issues. At the same time, we’ve embedded a Total Productive Maintenance framework, creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across the shop floor.
Leadership development and training have also been key pillars of this progress.
With the appointment of dedicated ambassadors, we’re building a team that’s equipped to drive sustained excellence.
