At R Tindall Fabricators, our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance(ESG) principles isn’t new and we’re proud to be taking that mission even further.
Following a successful external audit, we’ve been re-certified for both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Clear endorsements of our quality and environmental management systems. Even more encouragingly, the audit concluded with no minor or major findings, a result that reflects the professionalism, dedication, and continual improvement ethos of our entire team.
To build on this momentum, we’re now engaging with EcoVadis, a globally recognised ESG assessment platform. Our goal is to achieve their Bronze sustainability rating — a key milestone that will help us benchmark our performance across areas such as carbon emissions, labour rights, ethics and supply chain practices. EcoVadis’ Select programme gives us access to analyst-led insights, training tools, and an accelerated assessment, allowing us to take targeted action quickly.
At the same time, we’re working with Green Economy, part of the Growth Company, to develop a comprehensive carbon inventory for 2025. This work will help us fully map our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and identify practical ways to reduce our footprint. The resulting disclosure will be published on our website, reinforcing our values of transparency and accountability.
As we continue our ESG journey, our focus remains on creating long-term value forour customers, our workforce and the environment.
