R Tindall has pledged its support for the next generation of engineers by offering workplace placements to T Level students as part of a Greater Manchester initiative to help young people build real, practical experience.
T Levels are two-year technical qualifications that combine classroom learning with on-the-job training. Backed by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and local colleges, the programme makes it simple for employers to play their part in developing the region’s future workforce.
At R Tindall, investing in people has always been part of how we work, from apprenticeships to leadership development. Our involvement in the T Level scheme reflects that same commitment. It also forms part of our wider ESG priorities, which include creating opportunities for local people and building the skills our industry depends on.
We’ll be working closely with our local college partners to ensure students get meaningful experience in our business, learning directly from the teams who design, fabricate, and deliver our products.
Our pledge will feature on the GMACS website alongside other local businesses helping to create pathways into skilled careers.
