R. Tindall Fabricators has announced a significant investment in its powder coating facilities, unveiling a series of upgrades designed to enhance product quality, increase efficiency, and reduce environmental impact.
This move underscores the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, further solidifying its reputation as an industry frontrunner.
The centrepiece of this upgrade is the installation of new RHT burners, to provide a pre-gel before powder coating. This addition ensures a more consistent and durable finish on R. Tindall’s products, elevating quality standards for clients across various sectors. Alongside the burners, 10 new panels have been integrated into the system, optimizing the coating process and boosting overall output capacity.
In a forward-looking step, R. Tindall is also set to reactivate a previously dormant oven by May 2025. This additional upgrade, backed by further investment, will significantly increase production capabilities to meet growing demand.
The upgrades are part of a broader campaign to refine R. Tindall’s powder coating services, blending cutting-edge technology with eco-conscious practices. As the company prepares to roll out these improvements, it remains dedicated to delivering superior products that reflect both innovation and environmental stewardship.
