R Tindall Fabricators has today strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of RoyWarrington as Operations Director.
With an extensive background in the fire protection and sprinkler sector, Roy joins the company following a series of senior operational roles with two of R Tindall’s long-standing customers. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from engineering and project management through to board-level strategic delivery, a career that has seen him oversee complex, large-scale fire protection projects while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Commenting on his appointment, Roy said, “I’m genuinely looking forward to starting and helping push the company onto the next level, building on the solid foundations already in place.”
In his new role, Roy will focus on strengthening R Tindall’s commercial and operational frameworks as the company continues its growth journey. His remit includes enhancing efficiency across manufacturing and delivery, embedding scalable systems, and maintaining the industry-leading standards that have defined R Tindall’s reputation across the UK and Europe.
