01. Sales
Renowned for first-class service, our dedicated sales team are on hand to help you from the initial enquiry stage. We offer a quick turnaround on quote times, using electronic software to provide fast, accurate service.
02. Take-off
Our team of 8 take-off engineers can rapidly turnaround engineering drawings from clients, into a production ready format for manufacturing. All enquiries are welcome from any type of fire piping contract, large or small.
03. Fabrication & Welding
We cut, groove and weld all our pipework in-house. Large investments into world class technology including plasma technology for pipe cutting, Victaulic machines for roll grooving and semi-automated welding robots ensures quick, quality product manufactured on time.
We train each operative in-house and they are all fully coded to recognised standards.
04. Stores
Working closely with a market leading supplier all our consumable stock is held on site. This allows us to provide a quick turnaround on all orders.
05. Threading and Fitting
Pipes can be threaded from a diameter of 25mm up to 50mm. All threads are produced to a recognised standard guaranteeing the same thread every time. We have standardised all our making-on procedures – meeting customer expectations on every delivery.
06. Galvanising
Products up to 10 meters in length can be galvanised via our local supplier. All galvanized pipework is produced to the recognised standard of BS EN ISO 1461:2009 which is assured by our suppliers ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
07. Powder Coating
We offer a powder coated finish to all of our products. This provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance as well as the added protection from corrosion of the external surfaces of the pipes. We use non-toxic powder mixes alongside state-of-the-art powder line, minimising our environmental impact by over 95% powder recovery. All pipework is inspected in accordance with the applicable industry standards for both cure and adhesion.
08. Hand Paint
The option to hand paint our pipework is available if powder coating is not required. A dedicated team of operatives make sure that all produced pipes have a full exterior coverage whilst maintaining an aesthetically pleasing finish.
09. Haulage
We work very closely with our local haulage supplier and have regular meetings with them to plan our deliveries. Communication from sales to the customer is flawless ensuring the client receives the product on time and in full.
